14:30:00 → Status = OverdueExact-time automations for monday.com
monday's date automations run at one fixed hour for every item, and the time in your column is ignored. Precise Triggers reads that time and fires your status change, notification or webhook within 30 seconds of it.
Live simulation, running on your clock. In production each item fires within 30 s of the time in its column, typically 3–5 s.
A native “when date arrives” automation picks one hour, say 09:00, and fires every item then. The 14:30 handoff goes out five and a half hours early. The 08:40 one, twenty minutes late.
Authorize in your account and open Precise Triggers as a board view.
Choose the DateTime column that holds the deadline and when to fire: at that moment, or minutes, hours or days before or after it. Then pick what happens: change a status, notify a person or send a webhook.
Each item gets its own job and fires within 30 seconds of its time. Edit a date and it reschedules; clear it and the job is cancelled.

I built Precise Triggers because monday's date automations kept firing at the wrong hour for deadlines that had a time on them. It's built and run by one engineer: me.
That means two things for you. Support emails reach the person who wrote the scheduler. And when you ask for something, it can ship quickly: firing minutes, hours or days before a deadline was the most requested feature, so it's built in now. If something you need is missing, write to me and tell me how you'd use it.

monday's native date automations run at one fixed hour you choose, for every item. The time stored in your column is ignored. Precise Triggers fires each item at its own date and time, checks an optional condition at fire time, and can send webhooks.
Yes. When you create a trigger, choose when it fires: at the date and time, or 5, 15 or 30 minutes, 1, 2 or 4 hours, 1 or 2 days, or a week before it. It can also fire 15 or 30 minutes, an hour or a day after. Each item still fires on its own schedule, and moving the date moves the reminder with it.
monday stores dates in UTC and shows everyone the time in their own zone. Precise Triggers fires at that exact moment, so it matches what each person sees on the board.
A date without a time fires at 00:00 UTC. Turn on “Include time” in the Date column settings to fire at an exact hour and minute.
Your automations pause. Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and they are rescheduled automatically.
Further automations that month are skipped and marked as skipped in the execution log, so you can see what didn't run. Limits reset monthly, and upgrading takes effect immediately.
